Residential complex with SPA
Crystal Village is a multifunctional residential project located in Chakvi, Georgia. Perched atop a hill, the complex offers residents stunning sea views while also standing as a visible landmark from the seafront. Its charismatic architecture highlights the beauty of the location, providing all the amenities needed for a stylish and comfortable lifestyle. The harmonious balance between the built structures and high-quality outdoor spaces makes the complex an ideal place to live, relax, and unwind.

Residential complex with a view
The primary goal of this project was to balance maximizing built volumes with creating comfortable common and private outdoor spaces. To achieve this, feasibility studies were conducted to evaluate the plot's capacity and develop a polished design brief.
The apartment block, the dominant feature of the complex, is accompanied by six 3-level villas. Together, they sit on a plinth that houses a spa and parking facilities. The complex rises with the natural slope of the hill, creating a dynamic composition of volumes while maintaining architectural cohesion. The more complex design of the residential buildings is complemented by the minimalist approach taken for the plinth.
Since the plot is located on a hill sloping toward the sea, maximizing sea views for the apartments and villas was a key consideration in positioning the residential structures. All apartments and villas enjoy sea views and feature private outdoor spaces oriented toward the coast.
Common spaces and materiality
The upper level of the plinth features spa and sports facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym. It is accessible from the common areas via stairs and a lift. A common open terrace on the southern side of the complex, with an outdoor swimming pool, offers a luxurious relaxation experience with views of the sea.
Mineral crystals inspired the dynamic composition of the buildings and the design of the façade cladding patterns. The slightly angled metal cladding creates a shimmering effect on the façades, while the light local stone cladding on the plinth enhances its stability and provides a more grounded, tranquil appearance.
